Pension

You are eligible to join the company’s defined Contribution Pension Scheme upon commencement of employment, the company will match a 5% employee contribution on a monthly basis and this will be automatically deducted from employee’s salary.

Sick pay

Upon successful completion of probation the company will pay basic salary for three spells of absence totalling a maximum of two weeks of your contracted hours in a rolling twelve-month period.

Annual leave

Annual leave starts at 20 days per annum, pro rata. This will increase by one day per year of service up to a max of 25 days for full time 5 days per week employees (pro rata for part-time employees).
