Emma Lawless

Emma joined Medica in the administration team in 2017, having worked in various healthcare administration roles previously, and moved quickly into a lead role in our MRI and ultrasound patient services. Working alongside the Clinical Management team to expand our clinic services, Emma became the link between our radiographers and sonographers and the Radiologists, and naturally took the Teleradiology Coordination role in 2018.

Emma’s role was pivotal in growing the teleradiology services and reporting radiologist panel in the following years as Medica doubled our teleradiology footprint, and she took the reigns formally in 2022 as our Teleradiology Manager. Emma is responsible for all Teleradiology operations and drives reporting capacity planning, radiologist on-boarding, and client management and engagement to ensure everyday operational excellence.
