Philip Byrne
IT Manager
Philip holds a BSc in Enterprise Computing from Dublin City University, and joined Medica in December 2022 as IT Manager for Ireland. Philip is responsible for all technical aspects of Medica Ireland’s Infrastructure and communication systems. Philip works closely with the wider Medica Group IT Team, ensuring the successful delivery of technical support, service delivery, and infrastructure solutions, ensuring IT remains a key enabler throughout the Group.
Philip is both ITIL v4 and PRINCE2 certified with extensive experience in IT Process Improvement, Vendor Management, and IT Service Delivery. Over the past 10 years Philip has held senior IT positions with market leaders in Legal, International Sales, Marketing, and Support Service sectors.
