Nuala McCarthy

Nuala holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from University of Limerick and a Diploma in Executive and Leadership Coaching from the Coaching and Mentoring Partnership.

As HR Business Partner, Nuala is responsible for delivering the people strategy to support the vision, mission and goals of the Irish business. Nuala works closely with Medica Group to ensure global best practice is implemented in Ireland.

Over the past 20 years, Nuala has held management and leadership positions in healthcare, technology and financial services organisations, supporting high performing cultures in Ireland and internationally.
