Head of Operations
Grace holds a Masters in Human Resource Strategies from Dublin City University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the Institute of Technology, Tallaght and joined Medica in September 2024 as Head of Operations.
As Head of Operations, Grace is responsible for clinical operations and contract delivery across all managed services, ensuring that financial and business targets are achieved.
Grace brings with her 20 years of senior management experience, with the last 10 years specifically focused on healthcare operations. Throughout her career, Grace has consistently demonstrated her ability to optimise operational efficiency, digitisation initiatives, and drive innovation within the healthcare sector. In her previous roles as Director of Innovation and Operations, she successfully delivered a number of programmes designed to enhance the patient experience.
