Damien Moore

Damien joined Medica in 2017, starting with our diabetic retinopathy screening service, Medica Vision. He originally led our patient engagement team, managing approximately 52,000 patient appointments per year across Leinster. In 2019, he took on the role of Operations Manager, driving the rollout of surveillance screening services and innovative screening pathways with the National Screening Service, while managing a team of over 33 staff. He successfully saw this contract through to completion in December 2023.

With Medica Ireland’s expansion into teleradiology, Damien transitioned into the role of Radiology Onboarding and Engagement Manager. He was responsible for the full onboarding journey, from recruitment to engagement, ensuring radiologists had the best possible experience with Medica.

Now, as Operations Manager, he continues to support our onboarding and admin teams, oversee facilities and office management, and lead key projects that will drive Medica forward.
